MemScope characterizes the temporal behavior of the memory modules available on an embedded platform under configurable contention scenarios. It uses kernel-level control over physical memory allocation, cache maintenance, CPU state, interrupts, and I/O activity to benchmark heterogeneous memory subsystems accurately.
